Fairfax Police: Tires Slashed, Wheelchair Hit, Loud Parties

Thursday, June 9

Hit and Run: A resident reported someone hit her car on School Street Plaza last Friday.

Public Intoxication: An officer initiated activity at the Sleeping Lady at 9:59 p.m. and an arrest was made.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking for 15 minutes on Tamalpais Road 10:36 p.m.

Barking Dog: A resident wanted documentation of an ongoing barking dog problem with a neighbor on Madrone Road.

Welfare Check: A resident said a neighbor was standing in front of his house for 20 minutes on Piper Court, not moving, with just a hat and a blanket wrapped around him at 7:24 a.m.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking for several hours on June Court.

Accident – Non-Injury: A resident advised that a driver of a delivery truck hit him in his wheelchair at Quality Liquors. The driver denies it and was still in the area delivering.

Drug Violation: There was an anonymous report of three subjects in a car smoking marijuana at Tamalpais and Sequoia Roads at 5:39 p.m.

Noise: There was a loud compressor at the farmer’s market and it was unusually loud.

Found: A check was found at Bolinas Park.

Barking Dog: A resident wanted to sign a citizen’s arrest because there is an ongoing barking dog problem on Spruce Road.

Tuesday, June 7

Driving with a Suspended License: An officer initiated activity on San Gabriel Drive at 12:31 a.m. and a driver was given verbal notice about his suspended license.

Threats: A resident wanted to speak with an officer about threats she received from an ex-boyfriend.

Vandalism: A resident’s tires were slashed, but it occurred in San Anselmo and the SAPD are on the scene.

Disturbance: A man was seen yelling angrily at a Good Earth employee at 1:25 p.m.

Probation Violation: An officer was with two subjects behind the ballfield at 1:54 p.m. One was found to be in violation of probation.

Public Intoxication: An intoxicated and combative subject was on a property on Geary Avenue and was threatening the resident at 4:41 p.m. He was arrested for public intoxication and violation of probation.

Noise: A resident reported that the noise from the little league speaker system at the ballfield was too loud at 6:23 p.m.

Driving on a Suspended License: An officer initiated activity on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:46 p.m. and was cited for driving on a suspended license.

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a loud party with yelling on Frustuck Avenue at 11:48 p.m. and it might be in the lot behind the house.
