Fairfax Police: Two Men Fighting, Shots Heard, Medication Stolen

Sunday, June 19

Suspicious Circumstances: An officer initiated activity at the Pavilion at 1:10 a.m.

Missing Person: An officer initiated activity on Bolinas Road at 1:19 a.m.

Public Intoxication: An officer initiated activity at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Claus Drive at 1:51 a.m. and an arrest was made.

Suspicious Circumstances: An officer found an open door to a hallway at a building on Bolinas Road at 3:09 p.m. All interior doors were secured.

Disturbance: There was an argument over something that happened in May on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 10:44 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: An officer was with two subjects at the Pavilion at 6:49 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A subject was arrested for public intoxication at Bolinas Road and Elsie Lane at 10:26 p.m. and booked into the county jail.

Saturday, June 18

Suspicious Circumstances: All the lights were shut off at the Bennett House and strange noises were heard coming from the parking lot at 12:09 a.m.

Driving without a License: An officer initiated activity at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Oak Manor Drive at 8:01 a.m. and a driver was found to be driving without a license. A citation was issued.

Disturbance: There was a verbal altercation at Broadway Road and Bolinas Avenue at 10:15 a.m.

Noise: There was loud music on Crest Road at 1:39 p.m.

Disturbance: There was a report of a verbal argument on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 7:23 p.m.

Warrant Criminal: There was a warrant arrest on Pine Drive at 7:59 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: Juveniles were at Manor School at 10:02 p.m.

Friday, June 17

Disturbance: Two men were fighting at Northbay Gas at 10:23 a.m. Officers determined it was a mutual fight with no weapons that ended prior to arrival. Neither party wished prosecution and both declines medical aid.

Welfare Check: A resident was concerned about his daughter, who was supposed to be with her mother. He hasn’t heard from her in weeks.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking on and off all day on Main Court.

Traffic Complaint: A man with a baby and a small child in a bike were riding down the hill on Ridgeway Avenue very fast on a regular basis.

Child Abuse Report: A child abuse report was cross-filed.

Traffic Complaint: There was an anonymous complaint of a resident placing orange cones in the road at Blackberry Lane and Creek Road.

Shots Fired: Shots were heard fired near the Canon Swim and Tennis Club at 7:30 p.m.

Noise: There was loud music on Willow Avenue at 11:41 p.m.

Thursday, June 16

Noise: There was construction noise on Forrest Terrace at 7:33 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a man at Peri Park at 10:43 a.m.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking nonstop for over half an hour on June Court.

Burglary: A resident reported his medication was stolen from his apartment on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard for several Friday by someone who knows how to jimmy the lock.

Missing Person: A 13-year-old girl was last seen at Drake High School at 3:30 p.m. and had not returned home by 7 p.m.

Disturbance: A neighbor was yelling at another neighbor on Pine Drive at 8:38 p.m. An arrest was made.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking for 15 minutes on Main Court at 9:11 p.m.

Suspicious Person: A juvenile was stumbling down Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:52 p.m.

Threats: A resident wanted advice on threats he had received.
