Monday, Jan. 23

Found Property: A resident walking by found a stack of mail on the hillside off of Bolinas Road.

Citizen Assist: A resident wanted advice about a phone call she thought was a scam.

Fraud – ID Theft: A resident was told by the IRS to file a fraud report.

Abandoned Vehicles: There were cars parked fronting residences on Piper Lane and Sequoia Road for two weeks.

Disturbance: There was an anonymous report of a loud verbal altercation on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 10:52 p.m.

Disturbance: There was a loud and heated argument in an apartment on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 11:38 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 24

Suspicious Person: A suspicious subject was seen loitering in the area of Maple and Willow Avenues at 12:14 a.m. He was carrying a box and an open container of alcohol.

Assault: A resident reported just being assaulted with a knife on Pine Drive at 2:44 a.m.

Theft: A laptop, Bluetooth, and miscellaneous keys were stolen from an unlocked car on Willow Avenue.

Assist Outside Agency: There were four to five in a verbal argument at Oak Knoll and Pastori Avenues at 12:08 p.m.

Abandoned Vehicle: Someone might be sleeping in a Winnebago parked in the same spot for five days on Mitchell Drive.

Noise: There was a repetitive beeping like an alarm coming from Buckelew at 3:12 p.m.

Lost/Stolen: A resident lost her wallet in downtown.

Insanity: There was an unwanted subject on Pine Drive at 11:01 p.m.

Driving Under the Influence: There was a possible DUI driver on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 11:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

Noise: There was an anonymous complaint of some sort of equipment sound coming from near the theater at 12:45 a.m.

Noise: There was construction on Forrest Terrace at 6:12 a.m.

Disturbance: There was a verbal argument on Contratti Field at 10:17 a.m.

With Subject: Officers initiated a probation search at the Shady Brook Apartments at 10:31 a.m. and an arrest was made.

Town Code Violation: Protestors outside the post office were making people walk into the street because their signs were blocking the sidewalk.

Town Code Violation: There was another complaint about the protestors at 11:30 a.m.

Disturbance: A resident kicked over a subject’s signs outside the post office at 1:02 p.m. and threatened the subject.

Accident – No Injury: There was damage to a parked car on Wood Lane and a note was left on the windshield.

Town Code Violation: Political signs are being posted on street light poles.

Disturbance: A resident said a subject verbally assaulted her outside Good Earth at 4:59 p.m.

Disturbance: An officer initiated activity over an altercation in front of Good Earth at 5:30 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: Two subject wearing dark clothing were scoping out the post office at 6:38 p.m.

Traffic Complaint: Several cars were possibly chasing each other up and down Bolinas Road.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity on Mitchell Drive at 9:35 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 26

Animal Complaint: There were two dogs off leash at the tennis courts at 9:13 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: The day before, a man was seen on the Cascade Canyon school grounds and was scared away by a teacher.

Theft: A Comcast cable box had been removed from the Youth Center.

Suspicious Circumstances: A man who had previously been kicked out of a business on Broadway had to be asked to leave again today.

Warrant Criminal: An officer attempted to serve a warrant on Geary Avenue, but found the subject no longer lived there.

Noise: There’s a loud live band every Thursday night on School Street.
