Theft: 19:25 Occurred at Parkade on Sir Francis Drake Bl/Claus Dr., Fairfax. RP/V reported the theft of property from his unlocked vehicle yesterday afternoon. Disposition: Counter Report.

Sleeper: 19:40 Occurred on Ridgeway Av, Fairfax. RP reported sleeping bags hanging in a tree on the fire trail. She is concerned about the fire hazard if people are camping up there. Disposition: Service Provided.

Noise Complaint: 21:42 Occurred on Spruce Rd, Fairfax. RP reported a neighbor has been playing music for the last three hours and it's loud enough to hear through ear buds. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.

Barking Dog: 22:43 Occurred on Willow Av, Fairfax. RP reported 2 dogs barking at the listed address, all day long. The residents are not home at this time. The RP would like an officer to leave a note advising of the complaint. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

Saturday, July 6

Meet the Citizen: 00:13 Officer initiated activity at Broadway, Fairfax. Citizen flag down reporting a possible DUI driver in the parking lot. Subjects also appear to have been in a fight. The fight was abated prior to officer arrival and the subject was not driving under the influence. Disposition: Service Provided.

Public Intoxication: 02:00Officer initiated activity at Center Bl, Fairfax. Subject arrested for public intoxication. As he met the criteria, he was transported and released to the staff at detox. Disposition: Arrest Made.

Theft: 12:25 Occurred on Baywood Ct, Fairfax. RP reports his unlocked vehicle was entered and ransacked sometime last night. Disposition: Log Entry Only.

Vandalism: 16:04 Occurred on Forrest Av, Fairfax. RP advises her vehicle was vandalized sometime during the night. Disposition: Advice Given.

Lost/Stolen: 17:08 Occurred at Downtown on Bolinas Rd/Broadway. , Fairfax. RP reported losing his wallet in the downtown area late last night. Disposition: Log Entry Only.

Any civil problem: 18:19 Occurred on Laurel Dr, Fairfax. RP is at the FPD requesting to speak to an Officer about a neighborhood problem he is having. Disposition: Advice Given.

Noise Complaint: 00:42 Occurred at Shady Brook Apartments on Merwin Av., Fairfax. Loud music. Disposition: QOA (questioned on officer’s arrival).

Driving Under the Influence: 02:02 Officer initiated activity at Center Bl/Pastori Av, Fairfax. Subject arrested for DUI. She was cited and released to a sober and responsible adult. Disposition: Citation Issued.

Town Code Violation: 15:08 Occurred at Peri Park on Park Rd. , Fairfax. Report of juveniles drinking alcohol in the park. An officer responded and issued citations. Disposition: Citation Issued.

Found Property: 15:18 Occurred at Peri Park on Park Rd., Fairfax. Found wallet returned to owner. Disposition: Service Provided.

Generic Fire Call/Not Specified: 15:56 Officer initiated activity at Manor School, Oak Manor Dr, Fairfax. Report of a wildland fire to the rear of Manor School. Disposition: Outside Assist.

Assist Outside Agency: 21:27 Occurred on Marin City Substation. SRPD requested a tier one CSI officer. Disposition: Service Provided.

 

Monday, July 8

Noise Complaint: 01:25 Occurred on Bolinas Rd, Fairfax. Report of a party with people outside being loud. Responsible warned and moved the party inside. Disposition: Service Provided.

Found Property: 05:31 Occurred on Center Bl, Fairfax. Report of 2 mountain bikes that RP believes may be stolen. Officer responded and determined no merit. Disposition: Unfounded.

Suspicious Person: 09:14 Occurred on Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Report of a female sleeping on a couch in front of the property. Subject contacted and moved along, couch determined to be on private property. Disposition: Service Provided.

Suspicious Person: 09:41 Occurred at Fairfax Library on Sir Francis Drake Bl. , Fairfax. Report of a female screaming at traffic. Officers responded and determined the woman was angry, but did not meet the criteria for 5150. Disposition: Service Provided.

Parking Complaint: 12:23 Occurred at Good Earth Natural Foods on Center Bl. , Fairfax. Report of a vehicle parked blocking side walk. Officer responded and vehicle had been moved.

Hazard: 16:02 Occurred on Center Bl, Fairfax. (Hundred block.) A hole where a dead tree had been removed that someone could fall in to. DPW advised. Disposition: Service Provided.

Public Intoxication: 19:07 Occurred at Perry’s Delicatessen #3 on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. Report of a subject sleeping to the rear of the business. Officers responded and subject was arrested and transported to Marin County Jail for public intoxication. Disposition: Arrest Made.

Unwanted Subject: 20:41 Occurred at Shady Brook Apartments on Merwin Av. , Fairfax. RP reports a neighbor is taunting her through her apartment window. Disposition: Service Provided.

Noise Complaint: 21:35 Occurred at Bolinas Rd/Park Rd, Fairfax. Report of juveniles skateboarding in the area for past hour. Group contacted, warned and abated. Disposition: Verbal Warning.

 

Tuesday, July 9

Traffic Complaint / Problem: 08:55 Occurred at Claus Dr/Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Report of traffic signal malfunction. Officer responded and determined that the northbound light was not functioning. The signal company was notified and will respond to fix it.

Found Property: 11:24 Occurred on Park Rd, Fairfax. Rreport of a metal detector leaning against a street sign across from this residence. Disposition: Service Provided.

Suspicious Circumstances: 11:26 Occurred at Bank Of America on Broadway. , Fairfax. Open electrical box. Officer determined it to be the traffic signal box which was being worked on. Disposition: Service Provided.

Vehicle Accident - Non Injury: 16:21 Occurred on Tamalpais Rd, Fairfax. Report of a large truck that struck a tree and pulled down wires. Officers responded along with the Fire Department and the incident was resolved. PG&E also notified. Disposition: Service Provided.

Juvenile Problem: 16:45 Occurred on Park Rd, Fairfax. Skateboarders creating a disturbance in the area and skating in the street. Officer responded and advise the subjects of the complaint. Disposition: Service Provided.

Animal Complaint/Problem Misc: 17:30 Occurred on Manor Rd, Fairfax. Report of a loud rooster, RP would like responsible party warned. Disposition: Service Provided.

Theft: 22:33 Occurred at Good Earth Natural Foods on Center Bl., Fairfax. Bicycle theft. Disposition: Report Taken.
