Sunday, Feb. 5

Fire: There was a lot of smoke at Memorial Park at 7:41 a.m. Two subjects were warned for starting a barbeque where it wasn’t allowed.

Petty Theft: An unknown subject entered a resident’s unlocked car and stole a few items on Lincoln Park at 9:59 a.m.

Noise: There was loud music on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:12 p.m.

Noise: There was loud music coming from a residence on Durham Road at 10:02 p.m. The responsible party was contacted and turned off the music.

Saturday, Feb. 4

Driving Under the Influence: At a traffic stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and College Avenue at 1:36 a.m., a man was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the county jail. The car was left legally parked and the keys were left with dispatch. The passenger was given a ride to his residence.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that her nanny was possibly taking items from her residence. Officers provided support.

Collision – No Injury: A resident reported that her car was hit from behind and the other driver was refusing to exchange information.

Sleeper: An officer found a subject sleeping in a car on San Francisco Boulevard at 9:29 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 3

Suspicious Circumstances: A business on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:52 a.m. appeared to have been broken into and items were missing. Officers determined there was no burglary and all property was accounted for.

Suspicious Vehicle: A subject was sleeping in a car at Meadowcroft Drive and Butterfield Road at 10:58 a.m.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking on Durham Road at 12:51 p.m.

Animal: A dog was off leash and running in the road on San Anselmo Avenue at 3:04 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A tenant was yelling at a resident on San Anselmo Avenue at 3:34 p.m.

Noise: There was a loud noise on San Anselmo Avenue at 4:16 p.m.

Noise: There was still a loud noise on San Anslemo Avenue at 4:42 p.m.

Suspicious Person: A woman was loitering on Broadmoor Avenue for the past few days and came up to a resident’s door and asking for paper towels. Officers located the subject.

Driving on a Suspended License: At a traffic stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and El Cerrito at 10:13 p.m., a woman was determined to be driving on a suspended license.

Thursday, Feb. 2

Juvenile: A resident reported a juvenile climbed a tree after an argument with another juvenile on Sunnyhills Drive at 12:02 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A resident reported that a car cut her off and the driver was making threats at Rutherford and Bennitt Avenues at 5:29 p.m.

Unwanted Subject: A subject was sleeping on Bridge Street at 7:04 p.m.

Noise: People in the backyard of a residence on Ross Avenue were being loud at 10:29 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

Municipal Code Violation: There was a leaf blower violation on Austin Avenue at 11:23 a.m.

Annoying Phone Calls: A resident reported that she was receiving annoying phone calls from a subject. An officer provided advice about a temporary restraining order.

Sleeper: A subject was seen sleeping in a car for the last few weeks at Magnolia Avenue and Cedar Street at 2:55 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A man and woman were heard yelling on San Anselmo Avenue at 5:50 p.m.

Accident – No Injury: There was debris in the road at San Anselmo Avenue and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 6:31 p.m., but the driver didn’t see an incident or the involved cars. Officers located the car that was hit, who reported a hit and run. The second driver later contact the police department.

Civil Problem: A customer was refusing to pay for transportation fare. Officers responded and the customer was transported to a bank, paid her fare and was taken to her residence.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

Sleeper: There was a subject sleeping in a car on Seminary Road at 3:42 a.m.

Disturbing the peace: A resident reported an aggressive subject on Sunnyhills Drive at 2 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident received a phone call from an unknown female warning him about his landlord and that he should keep an eye on his kids with her. The resident contacted his landlord, who also found the call suspicious since they both don’t know her.

Suspicious Circumstances: A woman reported that when she went out to her car on Morningside Drive she saw a man walking in her direction, but when he saw her he started walking the other way.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported someone attempted the door handle to her car on Saunders Avenue and she saw the subject run into another car, which left the area.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking for an hour on Humboldt Avenue at 10:54 p.m.

Suspicious Person: A woman was standing in the middle of the road at Broadmoor Avenue and Indian Rock Road at 10:56 p.m., holding a bag.

Disturbing the Peace: There was a verbal argument between a man and woman on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 11:23 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 30

Burglary: There was a broken business window on Red Hill Avenue. A report was taken for an attempted burglary.

Disturbing the Peace: Four male subjects were involved in a physical altercation on Shaw Drive at 3:50 p.m.

Burglary: Someone went through drawers and luggage at a residence on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and items were missing.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that a car was following him while he drove home on Hilldale Drive at 9:32 p.m. When he got out of his car, the driver circled around and asked him if he wanted to drive for his company.

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a car in the Drake parking lot with its light on and door open at 10:35 p.m. Officers contacted the owner, who was inside asleep.
