Friday, April 29

Disturbing the Peace: A resident reported her daughter was fighting with her on San Anselmo Avenue at 2:16 a.m. and wouldn’t leave the residence. Officers mediated the situation.

Battery: Two drivers were in an altercation at San Anselmo Avenue and Center Boulevard at 11:58 a.m. and one subject punched another through the window. While on the phone, the victim called and then walked into the station. Officers located the subject and issued him a citation.

Attempt: Pry marks were located to the entrance of a business on Red Hill Avenue at 4:08 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that her mother received a death threat from her husband two days earlier and she hadn’t been heard from since. The mother was contacted and said there was no merit. She noted ongoing problems with her daughter and alcoholism and didn’t want to speak to an officer.

Disturbing the Peace: There was a family dispute between a resident’s girlfriend and her ex-husband and brother-in-law regarding property on Magnolia Avenue at 8:26 p.m.

Animal: Three dogs were running loose on Red Hill Avenue at 10:58 p.m.

Saturday, April 30

Fire: A fence was on fire on Oak Springs Drive at 12:38 a.m. Fire Department found the resident had put it out.

Driving on a Suspended License: At a traffic stop at Greenfield and Sequoia Avenues at 10:47 a.m., a driver was cited and released for driving on a suspended license. The car was towed.

Burglary: An officer took a report of burglary on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:07 p.m.

Petty Theft: A handicap sticker was missing and the resident wasn’t sure if it had been lost or stolen.

Suspicious Circumstances: Juveniles in a parked car were pointing a laser at people in the Red Hill Shopping Center at 5:48 p.m.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking at a residence on San Anselmo Avenue at 8:58 p.m.

Public Intoxication: An officer was flagged down regarding an intoxicated subject, who had kicked in the door to a business on Greenfield Avenue at 11:34 p.m. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.
