Suspicious Person: A man was pacing and talking to himself on Forbes Avenue at 4:08 a.m.

Petty Theft: A locked bike was stolen at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Butterfield Road.
Suspicious Person: A man was camping on Forbes Avenue at 12:51 p.m.

Suspicious Peron: A subject was loitering on Forbes Avenue at 1:40 p.m. He was counseled and abated from the area.
Disturbing the Peace: An employee at a business on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard reported that a subject had attempted to shoplift items at 7:59 p.m.
Unwanted Subject: A woman reported that a subject was attempting to get into her house on Tunstead Avenue and harassing her at 8:43 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: There was a report of criminal threats on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:19 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 16
Domestic Violence: A resident reported a domestic violence disturbance on San Anselmo Avenue at 12:34 a.m. Officers responded and a woman was arrested and booked at the county jail.
Driving without a License: At a traffic stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Broadmoor Avenue at 4:02 a.m., a woman was cited and released for driving without a valid driver's license.
Suspicious Circumstances: A group of young boys were throwing fruit in the street on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 7:27 a.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: A woman reported at 4:25 p.m. that her daughter left school and hadn't been seen since. Prior to officer arrival, she reported that her daughter arrived home.
Suspicious Person: A woman was sitting on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and yelling at passing cars at 5:35 p.m. She was abated from the area.
