Thursday, March 10

Burglary: Items were taken from a car on Oak Springs Drive.

Lost Property: An officer took a report of a lost or stolen laptop.

Wednesday, March 9

Disturbing the Peace: There was a verbal altercation between two subjects on Ross Avenue at 2:01 p.m. Officers contacted the parties, who were arguing over property.

Suspicious Person: A resident thought she saw an unknown subject on her property on Oak Avenue at 2:24 p.m.

Fire: A caller reported smoke inside a residence on Indian Rock Road at 4:11 p.m. It was from the washing machine.

Violation of Court Order: A resident wanted to speak with an officer regarding the violation of a custody order.

Petty Theft: A bike was stolen on San Anselmo Avenue.

Driving Under the Influence: At a traffic stop at Broadmoor Avenue and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:37 p.m., a man was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Tuesday, March 8

Accident – No Injury: A resident sideswiped a car that was parked partially in the crosswalk at Kensington Road and Ross Avenue at 8:35 a.m.

Unwanted Subject: A subject came into a business on Center Boulevard asking for change at 10:54 a.m, but when they refused she started yelling.

Suspicious Person: A subject was checking vehicles on Mariposa Avenue at 12:27 p.m., as he was walking by.

Barking Dog: A dog is left outside everyday and cries on Center Boulevard. Officers contacted the nanny

Accident – No Injury: A resident hit a pole in the parking lot on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard on March 3.

Disturbing the Peace: There was a verbal argument over property on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:05 p.m. The male half left for the night and will seek a custody order.

Vehicle Tow: At a traffic stop on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 6:16 p.m., a driver was given notice of their suspended license, cited for unregistered vehicle and their car was impounded for unpaid tickets.

Suspicious Circumstances: When a resident left his house on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard the light was on, but when he came back it was off.

Monday, March 7

Disturbing the Peace: A resident’s husband was getting out of control on Hilldale Drive and threw water at her at 5:58 a.m.

Grand Theft: A business owner on San Anselmo Avenue reported an employee had embezzled money.

Suspicious Vehicle: There was a parked car with a vehicle part leaning up against it at Prospect and Barber Avenues at 10:54 a.m.

Battery: A resident’s son ripped the phone out of the wall and hit her face while grabbing her glasses on Redwood Road. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Disturbing the Peace: Two women were reported trying to control a man in the backseat of a car on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. It was determined the two women were in a physical altercation with another female victim in the car. They were cited and released.

Shoplifting: A subject walked out of a store on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard with a pair of shoes.

Reckless Driving: A driver was swerving in the lane on Red Hill Avenue at 6:30 p.m. He was warned.

Hazard: Tiki torches were left lit on Tamalpais Avenue.
