Sunday, April 3
Municipal Code Violation: There was an anonymous report of construction beginning before noon on Magnolia Avenue.
Civil Problem: A resident’s neighbor was cutting the resident’s hedge on Rancho Drive and got confrontational. An officer spoke to both parties and they were advised to get a property line survey.

Reckless Driving: An officer initiated a traffic stop with a reckless driver on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 1:44 p.m. The driver was issued a citation with a notice to appear.
Hit and Run: A resident was traveling eastbound on Sir Francis Drake when a motorcycle splitting lanes hit the resident’s car and left.

Suspicious Circumstances: Two subjects were throwing things in the air and shooting them on Plumas Avenue at 5:15 p.m. Officers contacted two juveniles, who had Airsoft guns. They were released to parents with a warning.
False Registration: While on patrol, an officer located a car on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard with 2004 tabs that had been painted red to mimic the current year. It was impounded.
Saturday, April 2
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident said a cab driver was harassing her at 12:02 a.m. Officers determined the resident’s boyfriend had paid the driver and the issue was resolved.
Noise: There was a leaf blower operating on San Anselmo Avenue in violation of the municipal code.
Noise: A car alarm was sounding on Laurel Avenue at 1:25 p.m.
Illegal Dumping: A couch, chair, and mattress were dumped at Florence and San Anselmo Avenues with a ‘free’ sign.
Battery Against Spouse or Cohabitant: A resident on Mariposa Avenue reported that she was involved in a domestic dispute.
Accident – Minor Injury: A resident reported that he was involved in a collision at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Sais Avenue and the other driver was complaining of pain.
Juveniles: Two juveniles were toilet-papering a house on Madrone Avenue at 10:43 p.m. Officers stood by while the juveniles cleaned it up and were released to their parents.
Friday, April 1
Reckless Driving: A car was driving erratically over lanes at Sir Francis Drake and Center Boulevards at 11:03 a.m. Officers located the car and the driver was not intoxicated.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident’s car was rifled through the night before on The Alameda.
Fraud: A resident’s Visa card was used fraudulently.
Vehicle Code Violation: A resident reported occupants of a car at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Broadmoor Avenue were smoking drugs at 3:27 p.m. Officers attempted to locate the car, but it had driver into Fairfax and was transferred to the Fairfax Police Department.
Assist: A resident’s wife fell out of a chair and needed a lift assist.
Fire: There was a smoking car at Red Hill Shopping Center, but officers were unable to locate it.
Noise: There were a lot of Chihuahuas in the park on Crescent Road barking at 5:52 p.m. Four dogs were located by an officer. All were under control and none were Chihuahuas.
Public Intoxication: During a dance at Drake High School, officers contacted a juvenile who had been drinking at 10:29 p.m. He was issued a citation and released to his parents.
Public Intoxication: Officers contacted an intoxicated subject at Drake High School and he was booked into the county jail at 11:13 p.m.
Thursday, March 31
Animal: A resident reported that his dog got out of the residence on Rosemont Avenue.
Barking Dog: A resident reported that a neighbor’s dog had been barking for several hours on Indian Rock Road at 9:49 a.m.
Found: A resident turned in a wallet she had found on the sidewalk at San Anselmo and Tunstead Avenues. The wallet was given to the owner.
Open Door: An officer located an open door at a business on San Anselmo Avenue at 10:25 p.m.
Driving without a License: At a traffic stop at Willow Way at 10:51 p.m., a man was determined to be driving without a valid license. He was cited and released.
