Sunday, May 22

Sleeper: An older man was found sleeping inside the gate on Sunnyhills Drive at 12:16 a.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A resident reported that two male subjects tried to fight one of her friends on Greenfield Avenue at 12:35 a.m.

Noise: There was an anonymous report of juveniles in the tunnel under the creek at San Anselmo and Lansdale Avenues at 2:35 a.m.

Animal: A dog loose at Memorial Park appeared injured at 7:29 a.m. The owner said the dog was old and had arthritis.

Municipal Code Violation: A leafblower was in use on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:45 p.m.

Shoplifting: An officer was flagged down by an employee on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard to report a shoplifter. The shoplifter was  cited and, per the business request, was told if he returned to the business he would be arrested for trespassing.

Suspicious Person: A resident was concerned about a subject walking at San Francisco Boulevard and Alderney Road at 4:44 p.m. with aggressive body language.

Suspicious Circumstances: A man was sitting in a car on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard with what appeared to be a handgun at 4:53 p.m. Officers couldn’t locate the vehicle. Twin Cities PD later pulled the car over and determined the handgun was a replica only.

Saturday, May 21

Vandalism: A resident reported that someone walked on her car roof and dented it on Ross Avenue.

Reckless Driving: A car didn’t stop at several red lights on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:18 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that a neighbor on Tunstead Avenue started yelling and swearing at 9:39 p.m.

Juvenile: A group of juveniles was loitering on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard with their cars at 10:33 p.m. The resident said this is an ongoing problem and they tend to leave trash.

Friday, May 20

Unwanted Subject: A resident reported that her ex-husband was at her residence on Magnolia Avenue at 6:28 a.m. and was refusing to leave.

Driving without a License: At a traffic stop on San Anselmo Avenue at 8:17 a.m., a woman was determined to be driving without a license. She was cited and released and served a suspension notice. The car was left legally parked for a licensed driver to pick up.

Vandalism: New graffiti was found on a telephone pole on Karl Avenue.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported a car was parked on her private property on Sunnyhills Drive.

Vandalism: An officer took a report of vandalism on Los Angeles Boulevard at 4:30 p.m.

Animal: There was a possible mountain lion sighting in county jurisdiction on Miwok Drive at 4:46 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A man was reported causing a disturbance on San Anselmo Avenue at 5:11 p.m. Officers determined it was a verbal argument only.

Warrant Arrest: An officer initiated activity with a subject on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 6:12 p.m., who had an outstanding warrant out of the county. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Fraud: A woman reported that nearly $10,000 was fraudulently taken from her PayPal account.

Suspicious Circumstances: A woman reported that her purse was taken from her cart while she was shopping. She recovered her property and declined further action.

Driving on a Suspended License: At a traffic stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Sais Avenue at 8:11 p.m., a man was determined to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
