Resident suspicious of neighbor's camera

Friday, July 30

Noise: There was a large group making noise on Lansdale Avenue at 2:38 a.m.

Reckless Driving: A driver was reported driving recklessly at Center Boulevard and San Anselmo Avenue at 8:13 a.m. An officer stopped the vehicle, but didn't observe any violations. The driver was counseled.

Disturbing the Peace: A verbal argument occurred on San Anselmo Avenue at 10:27 a.m.

Threats: An officer took a report of threats on San Anselmo Avenue at 11:03 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A resident reported receiving second-hand information about an intoxicated person on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:51 p.m. An officer responded and contacted a man, who was determined to be publicly intoxicated. He was transported and booked into the county hail.

Thursday, July 29

Sleeper: A man was reported sleeping on cardboard on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 6:45 a.m. Officers advised him to move on.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard reported that his neighbor had a camera sitting on the dining room table that was pointed directly at the resident's car door. An officer contacted the neighbor, who confirmed the camera was not pointed at the resident's car, but at a common area of the complex with the manager's approval.

Vandalism: There was graffiti on the maintenance building at Sir Francis Drake High School.

Disturbing the Peace: There was a verbal disagreement regarding a bicycle on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 1:28 p.m.

Shoplifting: Two juvenile males reportedly left the CVS with a cart of groceries that they did not purchase at 5:32 p.m. Officers contacted the business and they advised that no crime had occurred.

Public Intoxication: A man was arrested and booked for public intoxication on Butterfield Road at 6:06 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A group of juveniles was fighting on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:27 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident on Redwood Road believed someone had shot her sliding glass door with a gun.

Disturbing the Peace: There was a fight reported at a residence on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:44 p.m. Officers responded and determined there was no merit to the complaint.

Accident: There was a non-injury collision on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:49 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: There was an anonymous report of suspicious subjects on Tomahawk Drive at 11:29 p.m. Officers were unable to locate.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident on Vine Avenue reported that she believed her neighbors were not home and there were subject in the residence. Officers determined the residents were home.
