Sunday, May 15

Power Outage: An officer noted power outage in the area of Ross Avenue and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 1:53 a.m.

Suspicious Person: An officer initiated activity on Center Boulevard at 2:04 a.m. A subject had been drinking and was sent home.

Family Disturbance: A resident reported his juvenile son was out of control on Melville Avenue at 3:47 a.m. Officers responded with medics and the juvenile was calmed.

Suspicious Person: A man was in Memorial Park talking to children, drinking from a brown paper bag, and was seen urinating on the hillside at 2:04 p.m. Officers contacted and cited him for an open container alcohol.

Unwanted Subject: A man was being uncooperative at a business on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 7:45 p.m. The subject was abated from the area.

Hazard: There was a call from a homeowner about a possible watermain break on Scenic Avenue at 8:05 p.m. It was determined it was a sewer issue and the sanitary district was contacted.

Juvenile: A resident requested assistance with his son, who was having issues regarding discipline, at Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara Avenues at 9:38 p.m.

Saturday, May 14

Municipal Code Violation: Garage sale signs were removed.

Animal Call: A deer was hit by a car and was in the road alive but injured at Sir Francis Drake and Bolinas Avenue at 10:50 a.m.

Fire: There was a smell of natural gas in the area of Ross Avenue at 11:40 a.m.

Animal: There was a barking dog on Broadmoor Avenue at 12:14 p.m. Owners will place the dog indoors.

Civil Problem: During the day, a resident reported that his roommates broke into his room and rearranged his personal items.

Shoplifting: A shoplifting occurred on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard around 6:15 p.m.

Citizen Assist: A woman reported that her friend said she could stay at his residence, but then he changed his mind and wouldn’t answer the door, while all her belongings were inside.

Friday, May 13

Accident – No Injury: A resident reported that she was involved in a traffic collision on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:19 a.m.

Vandalism: An officer took a report of vandalism on Karl Avenue at 2:01 p.m.

Juveniles: There was a group of juveniles loitering around San Anselmo and Lansdale Avenues at 3:50 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A resident reported that she was involved in a verbal altercation.
