Sunday, Sept. 12
Driving Under the Influence: At a traffic stop at Tamalpais Avenue and Cedar Street at 12:42 a.m., a woman was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol and was booked into the county jail.
Sleeper: There was a woman sleeping on the sidewalk at Myrtle and San Rafael Avenues at 7:25 a.m.

Grand Theft: A resident reported jewelry stolen from their home on Red Hill Avenue.
Vandalism: There was new graffiti in the area of Lansdale and San Anselmo Avenues and at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Tunstead Avenue.

Public Intoxication: A man was passed out in one of the dugouts at Memorial Park at 11:57 a.m. He was cited for public intoxication and abated from the area.
Suspicious Person: A subject was walking back and forth on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard between Creek park and Tunstead Avenue all day. An officer was unable to locate the subject.
Noise: A resident's neighbors were playing horseshoes on Oak Knoll Avenue at 9:13 p.m.
Suspicious Person: A resident on Mariposa Avenue heard someone downstairs in the storage area at 10:4 p.m.
Family Disturbance: A juvenile was screaming that his father was hitting him on Palazzi Court at 10:30 p.m. An officer responded and California Family Services was notified.
Saturday, Sept. 11
Juvenile Problems: There was a loud group of juveniles on Red Hill Avenue at 2:13 a.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident on Searles Lane heard someone in his residence at 6:12 a.m.
Reckless Driving: There was an aggressive driver, possibly intoxicated, driving on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:27 p.m. Officers located the driver, who wasn't intoxicated, and advised him on his driving.
Shoplifting: A man stole beer from a business on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 1:41 p.m.
Petty Theft: A bike was stolen from a carport on Vineyard Avenue.
Barking Dog: An officer left a notice and pamphlet for a dog owner on Tunstead Avenue at 7:24 p.m. A neighbor took possession of the dog until the owner comes home.
Juvenile Problems: An officer was flagged down regarding juveniles on the roof of Brookside School at 8:26 p.m.
Suspicious Person: A man appeared to be moving his belongings into a resident's laundry room on San Rafael Avenue at 8:35 p.m.
Noise: Loud, amplified music was coming from a party on Bennit Avenue at 9:28 p.m. Officer contacted the resident, who agreed to quiet down and finish by 10 p.m. In response to more neighbor complaints, the resident was re-contacted at 10 p.m. and the party was shut down.
Hit and Run: Numerous residents heard a collision followed by a speeding car leaving the area on Indian Rock Road at 10:34 p.m.
