San Anselmo Police: Rattlesnake, Coyote, Domestic Violence, House Egged

Sunday, Sept. 11
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident heard a loud crash on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:19 a.m., as if someone hit something with their car. Nothing was found.
Noise: There was a loud party on San Francisco Boulevard at 1:53 a.m.

Animal: A coyote was cited on Woodside Court at 4:48 p.m.
Stolen License Plate: A resident reported that his rear license plate was stolen earlier in the day from Mariposa Avenue.

Saturday, Sept. 10
Animal: A resident reported a runaway dog, which was found later in the day.
Noise: Construction noise was in violation of the ordinance on Allyn Avenue at 7:59 a.m.
Restraining Order Violation: A resident reported a restraining order violation on Sycamore Avenue at 10:12 a.m.
Municipal Code Violation: An officer removed several yard signs throughout the town.
Noise: A live band was playing on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:45 p.m. An officer found it quiet and a resident advised their son was practicing guitar.
Disturbing the Peace: A man dumped a bad of trash in the parking lot on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 1:17 p.m. When a resident confronted him, he spit on her vehicle.
Domestic Violence: There was a cold domestic violence incident reported.
Noise: A resident reported a loud electric bass guitar on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:58 p.m.
Domestic Violence: A woman reported she had a physical argument with her husband on San Francisco Boulevard at 6 p.m. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.
Barking Dog: Two dogs were barking for two to three hours on Prospect Avenue at 10 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 9
Suspicious Person: A resident reported two aggressive dogs off leash on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:18 a.m. with their owners.
Vandalism: A house on Berkeley Avenue was egged during the night.
Stolen Vehicle: A resident reported his truck was stolen on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
Burglary: A purse was taken from a car on Belle Avenue while it was parked. It was later recovered with items missing.
Fraud: A resident reported fraudulent charges on her credit card.
Disturbing the Peace: There was a verbal dispute between a solicitor and a patron on Red Hill Avenue at 12:45 p.m. Officer found the solicitor had no permit and was moved along.
Solicitor: There were two solicitors on Scenic Avenue at 2:58 p.m. They were advised of the Municipal Code and abated.
Animal: There was a rattlesnake on Laurel Avenue at 3:41 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: Two subjects knocked on a resident’s door on Sunnyhills Drive at 5:27 p.m. and he suspected they were not solicitors.
Disturbing the Peace: A resident reported a verbal altercation with a female on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 7:17 p.m.
Animal: A baby fox was found in the road on Center Boulevard at 9:54 p.m.
Juvenile: A large group of juveniles was being loud and smoking at Oak Springs Drive and Theresa Court at 11:26 p.m.
