Monday, Sept. 6

Barking Dog: At 3:39 a.m., a dog was reported barking all afternoon and night on Scenic Avenue. There was no answer at the door, so the officer left a notice.

Barking Dog: At 10:58 a.m., it was reported the dog on Scenic Avenue was still barking since 5 a.m. No one was home when an officer responded.

Grand Theft: An officer took a report of a stolen firearm on Oak Springs Drive.

Juveniles: Two male juveniles were throwing things at a building on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:19 p.m.

Grand Theft: A generator was stolen on Oakwood Court sometime on Sunday.

Juveniles: Juveniles were throwing rocks at the gas station on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:19 p.m. They were counseled and abated from the area.

Reckless Driving: There was a reckless driver cited on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 6:31 p.m.

Found: Sunday, a male juvenile dumped a bike in a resident's garden on Hazel Avenue and went to the house across the street, but never came back for the bike. The neighbor was contacted and agreed to keep it in case it belonged to a friend of his children.

Fire: There were flames smoldering at Robson-Harrington Park at 8:43 p.m.

Driving without a License: At a traffic stop on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:31 p.m., a driver was found to be unlicensed and was issued a notice to appear.

Disturbing the Peace: An officer came across a man and woman having an argument on Red Hill Avenue at 11:01 p.m. It was verbal only and they left peacefully.

Sunday, Sept. 5

Suspicious Person: A man has been loitering on Spaulding Avenue at all times of the day. A resident said he sees the man smoking a lot and believes it's a fire hazard. The man was abated from the area, but the resident called back and said he had returned. The officer re-abated him and waited until he left the area.

Annoying phone calls: A woman on Santa Barbara Avenue said a man has been calling her and threatening to sue her.

Vandalism: There was new graffiti at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Tunstead Avenue.

Extra Traffic Control: Approximately 50 cyclists were warned for not stopping at the stop sign at San Anselmo and Tunstead Avenues at 11:23 a.m.

Battery Against Spouse: There was a 9-1-1 cal with background noise and buttons being pressed at 11:43 a.m. Officers responded and determined it was a physical altercation on Mariposa Avenue and they were fighting over the phone. A woman was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Trespassing: A resident's neighbor has been trespassing on Grove Hill Avenue for over a year. An officer will follow up regarding property lines.

Driving without a License: At a traffic stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Bridge Avenue at 1:46 p.m., a man was determined to be unlicensed. He was cited and released on the scene.

Driving on a Suspended License: At a traffic stop on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:35 p.m., a man was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released on the scene and his car was impounded for 30 days.

Disturbing the Peace: A woman was heard screaming for someone to find her lost dog and there were hitting sounds on Prospect Avenue at 7:42 p.m. Officers contacted a mother and daughter in an altercation. The mother was transported to her hotel.

Saturday, Sept. 4

Noise: There was a group of skateboarders on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 1;15 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident on Mariposa Avenue wanted an officer to check the residence because she thought someone may have been outside.

Municipal Code Violation: A number of signs were removed.

Threats: An officer took a report of threats.

Suspicious Person: There was a subject panhandling on San Anselmo Avenue at 2:29 p.m. He was abated from the area.

Extra Traffic Control: Officers conducted traffic enforcement on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and three citations were issued.

Disturbing the Peace: There was a verbal dispute on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:35 p.m. It was abated before the officer arrived.
