The Coroner Division of the Marin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Thursday that a deceased individual found in the Bolinas area is Jade Dashiell, 41, a Santa Rosa woman reported missing Tuesday.

The cause of death was not released, but foul play is not suspected, officials said.

Dashiell was last seen dropping off her children at school Tuesday morning, Santa Rosa police Sgt. David Linscomb said. She was reported missing around 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Her white GMC Yukon was found at the Palomarin trailhead near Bolinas around 5 p.m. Tuesday, said John Dell'Osso, a spokesman for the Point Reyes National Seashore.

Her body was located after a search of the area, and she was identified through fingerprint analysis, authorities said.

Santa Rosa police said Dashiell was possibly despondent over recent life events and a gun was missing from her home, Linscomb said.

An investigation by the Coroner Division of the Sheriff’s Office is underway into the circumstances of Dashiell’s death.

A forensic examination is scheduled and the cause of death is pending the completion of the forensic examination, toxicology studies and further investigation, officials said.

The Coroner Division said it does not suspect foul play, but will continue to explore all avenues as the investigation moves forward.

Voice of reason sounds more like the voice of the pharmaceuticals with their own "grossly misled generalization about medications" . Save millions of people , really . At a cost of what ? This was about a mom found dead on the beach . My prayers are with the family

Strange... I commented on this article several days ago, but my post is gone... Hum... My point was that I was agreeing with William Bertram, that it is odd that Marie's and Magdelena's tox reports should have come back by now, but apparently the public is not privy to the info. I appreciate that it is perhaps none of our business, but since it does otherwise seem mysterious that people keep going missing then turning up dead, one can't help but be curious, no?

Third woman, hiking alone, found dead near major hiking trails in Marin since March. Marie Sanner - April 16, Magdalena Glinkowski March 30, Jade Dashiell May 20 . Maybe she had the gun for self protection after these other events. How can we assume suicide? There is not enough information in the articles. Do you think these deaths are just coincidences? I hope the Marin County Sheriff and the National Parks do a thorough job.

Thats all we can do is hope, cause if we ask too many questions, someone named D Cook will call you names from behind his / her computer.

I think 3per and D Cook should embark upon a Jello Wrestling match (with costumes) and settle their beef once and for all.
