Monday, Jan. 28
Missing person: 9:52 a.m. Forbes Avenue. Resident advised she was unable to contact her husband since Jan. 27 at 10:30 a.m. while en route to Scottsdale, Arizona. Determined the subject had been arrested in La Paz County, Arizona, for unknown reasons. The resident was advised.
Stolen bike: 12:07 p.m. Brookside Drive. Resident advised her son’s bicycle was taken from the driveway sometime since Jan. 6. The bicycle is a small green Diamond back Cobra 20" boys 5-speed, valued at $132.
Trespassing: 2:07 p.m. San Anselmo Avenue. Business owner reported there are plumbers working on Bubbas, but they are on his roof. RP is worried they will fall and it will be his liability. Contact made with the contractors who were advised of the complaint and counseled.
Commercial burglary: 3:16 p.m. Kensington Road. Resident reported her iPad, computer and some money are missing from her office. There was no forced entry and she noticed a key was missing and she hasn't been to her office since Jan. 26. The resident was contacted and a report taken.
Vehicle complaint: 5:19 p.m. Redwood Road. Resident reported a 12-year-old on a dirt bike headed towards Center Blvd. The area was checked and the officer was unable to locate the subject.
Sunday, Jan. 27
Marijuana smoker: 11:33 a.m. Allyn Avenue. An anonymous citizen reported a person that she knows has been smoking marijuana for two years. Subject advised he is not smoking it now but wanted the police to be aware.
Unwanted subject: 6:53 p.m. Nokomis Avenue. Resident reported her ex-husband was at the residence being aggressive, yelling at the children, and had possibly been drinking. Male subject left prior to police arrival and was last seen, in a vehicle, going towards SFD. Contact made at the residence, where officers learned advised the incident was verbal only and requested no further action at this time.
Saturday, Jan. 26
Stolen bike: 9 a.m. on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Resident reported his daughter’s locked bicycle was taken from the bicycle area at Drake High School, overnight between Dec. 17 and Dec. 18. Taken was a mint pearl girls 3 speed Trek Pure. The RP was contacted and a report was taken.
Lockout: 9:30 a.m. Monterey Avenue. 911 caller reported her neighbor is locked out of the residence and a two-year-old is inside. Handled by the fire department and a police unit stood by for assistance.
Solicitor: 6:30 p.m. San Francisco Blvd. Resident reported an aggressive male was soliciting for money for a school without a permit. Area was checked and the subject was not located.
Barking dogs: 11:14 p.m. Spring Grove Avenue. Anonymous reported dogs barking at the residence for the last two hours. Officer responded and attempted contact with negative results. A warning notice was left for the residents, advising them of the complaint.
Friday, Jan. 25
Public intoxication: 12:59 a.m. Sir Francis Drake Blvd. A subject was arrested for public intoxication and booked at Marin County Jail.
Subjects sleeping: 7:15 a.m. Veterans Pl. Officer contacted two subjects sleeping in the area and advised them to move along.
Sleeper: 9:45 a.m. Veterans Place. RP reported a subject has been camping on their property. Officer responded and contacted two subjects. It was determined they had returned to retrieve more of their belongings. They left the area.
Suspicious person: 12:47 p.m. Veterans Pl. RP reported two male subjects with bicycles were camping out. Officers responded and advised the subjects to move along.
Vandalism: 1:45 p.m. Ross Avenue. RP reported someone had been cutting the locks to their gate to gain access to the premise. RP requested a log entry only at this time.
Suspicious vehicle: 10:54 p.m. Tomahawk Drive. RP reported there were three vehicles parked fronting the residence and suspected juveniles inside were drinking alcohol. Officers responded and contacted the group. They were advised of the complaint and were abated from the area.
Thursday, Jan. 24
Juvenile problem: 7:57 a.m. Sir Francis Drake Blvd. RP reported a male juvenile appeared to be contemplating riding his skateboard down the hill. RP was concerned it would cause a traffic hazard. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the juvenile.
Suspicious circumstances: 11:10 a.m. Magnolia Avenue. RP reported her upstairs neighbors were shooting laser lights into her apartment and it was affecting her health. An officer contacted the RP and provided advice.
Stolen bike: 2:53 p.m. Luna Lane. RP reported a theft of his red mountain bike and backpack. Officer contacted the RP and a log entry was provided.
Public intoxication: 5:10 p.m. Veterans Place. RP reported an intoxicated subject was sitting in the area. The subject was yelling at people and was threatening to beat them up. Officers responded and arrested a subject for public intoxication and probation violation. He was booked into Marin County Jail.
Wednesday, Jan. 23
Residential burglary: 11:50 a.m. Cypress Rd. RP reported a theft from their residence at an unknown time. There were no signs of forced entry. The RP was contacted and a report was taken.
Collision: 6:12 p.m. Sir Francis Drake Blvd. RP reported a possible DUI driver who hit some parked vehicles. Officers made contact with the driver who was not under the influence. Information was exchanged between the driver and the vehicle owners. Officer submitted a report for a priority re-examination for her driver’s license.
