Harassing Phone Calls: 16:04 Occurred on Bothin Rd, Fairfax. RP's brother keeps calling the RP to harass her. RP would like PD interfere and ask him not to call. Subject is calling from a private number so RP will try to obtain his phone number from her sister. Disposition: Service Provided.

Domestic Violence / Disturbance: 21:43 Occurred at Shady Brook Apartments on Merwin Av. Fairfax. 911 report of a disturbance. Subject transported to MGH for medical clearance and booked into Marin County Jail for domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Town Code Violation: 07:41 Occurred on Valley Rd, Fairfax. RP advised of construction that woke her up at 0715 hrs. She believes the noise is coming from the "dirt part" of Tamalpais Rd. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.


Skateboarding Violation: 17:44 Occurred at Fairfax Library on Sir Francis Drake Bl. , Fairfax. RP reported a group of skateboarders in front of the library. RP has abated them in the past, but they keep returning. She would like an officer to respond and talk to them.


Parking Complaint: 18:35 Occurred at Good Earth Natural Foods on Center Bl. Fairfax. A non electric vehicle is parked in the charging station preventing actual electric vehicles from using it. Disposition: Advice Given.


Noise Complaint: 21:16 Occurred at Peri Park on Park Rd. , Fairfax. Report of group hanging out in park, no further information. Officers unavailable to respond due to priority details.


Vehicle Accident: 21:28 Officer initiated activity at Creek Rd/Dominga Av, Fairfax.Officers responded to a vehicle accident and determined one driver was under the influence. Subject arrested and booked to Marin County Jail. Disposition: Arrest Made.


Juvenile Problem: 22:40 Occurred on Broadway, Fairfax. Report of three young juveniles with no adults present. An officer checked the area and was unable to located the juveniles. Disposition: Service Provided.

Vehicle Accident - Non Injury: 10:08 Occurred on Broadway, Fairfax. Skateboard vs vehicle. Disposition: Service Provided.


Hit & Run Property Damage only: 13:21  Occurred on Pine Dr. RP reported a parked vehicle was struck by an unknown subject yesterday. Disposition: Report Taken.


Miscellaneous Service: 17:35 Occurred at Rudy Contratti Field on Bank St. RP complained about improper use of the PA system.


Public Intoxication: 19:05 Occurred at Parkade on Sir Francis Drake Bl/Claus Dr. Report of a subject who harassed a woman waiting for the bus. Officers located the subject, who was arrested and booked to Marin County Jail for an health and safety violation and public intoxication.


Disturbance: 19:21 Occurred on Sir Francis Drake Bl, Fairfax. Males yelling. Determined to be detail that officers were already on.


Drug Violation: 23:24 Officer initiated activity at Sir Francis Drake High School, Sir Francis Drake Bl, San Anselmo. Subject arrested and booked to Marin County Jail for H&S violations.



Sunday, June 2


Disturbance: 02:44 Occurred on Glen Dr, Fairfax. 911 report of an altercation between a taxi driver and fare payer, who then fled on foot.


Noise Complaint: 09:04 Occurred at Bolinas Rd/Creek Rd, Fairfax. RP advised of loud drums in the area, possibly closer to Dominga.


Citizen Assist: 09:36 Occurred at Fairfax Police Department on Bolinas Rd. RP advised she had locked her keys in her car. AAA was called for her.


Vandalism: 14:57 Occurred on Cascade Dr, Fairfax. RP advised that last evening a large white van was parked next to her home. The occupants seemed to get mad when the RP's daughter wanted to park near them. The RP just located a window smashed out of her daughter's VW Jetta.


Suspicious Circumstances: 17:57 Occurred at Peris Silver Dollar on Broadway.RP stated that a subject has been loitering around the area all day and bothering customers. The subject was contacted and abated from the area.


Barking Dog: 22:01 Occurred on Chester Av, Fairfax. Dog barking since 3 pm. Disposition: Service Provided.


Noise Complaint: 22:49 Occurred at 19 Broadway on Broadway. Anonymous RP stated that there is a lot of noise and drug use at this location.


Monday, June 3


Vandalism: 00:45 Officer initiated activity at Fairfax Inn, Broadway, Fairfax. Disposition: Report Taken.


Domestic Violence / Disturbance: 09:31 Occurred on Tamalpais Rd, Fairfax. A subject was arrested and booked to Marin County Jail for domestic violence. Disposition: Arrest Made.


Attempt to Contact: 00:41 Occurred at Residence On Maple on Maple Av. Fairfax. Attempted to contact a missing juvenile at the listed address. Officers responded and subject was not there.

911 Hang Ups/Misdials/etc: 02:35 Occurred on Geary Avenue, Fairfax. Something didn't seem right when RP was walking home just now. Like someone might be getting hurt. No specific reason why. RP has been drinking. Nothing seen, heard "something, but does not know what". At the little park at the bottom of the hill, from Claus at Claus Cir. RP sounds extremely drunk.


Traffic Complaint: 09:21 Occurred on Glen Dr, Fairfax. Traffic congestion due to nobody directing traffic on the street. School kids have a field trip this morning. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.


Probation Violation: 10:31 Officer initiated activity at Parkade, Sir Francis Drake Bl/Claus Dr, Fairfax. Officer out with a subject. Disposition: Citation Issued.


Public Intoxication: 12:24 Occurred at Mono Av/Bolinas Rd, Fairfax. Subject sleeping or unconscious at the listed location.Disposition: Verbal Warning.
