- Public hearing of an appeal of a Planning Commission decision on an unpermitted workspace structure converted to living space on Scenic Road.
- Review of proposed 2011-12 budget.
- Approval of ballot language for a on the November ballot.
- Discussion of natural gas fracking.
- Discussion of councilmember compensation.
- Extension of building and variance permits for additional year.
