Fairfax Council: Measure K Funds, Ross May Join Fire District

The Fairfax Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the Women's Club on Park Road. On the agenda:

• Interview and appointment of candidates for various committees, including Marin Commission on Aging, Planning Commission, General Plan Implementation Committee, Open Space Committee and Volunteer Board
• Presentation regarding the inclusion of the town of Ross as a member of the Ross Valley Fire Department JPA
• Introduction and First Reading of an ordinance combining the Design Review Board and the Planning Commission
• Discussion/Consideration of allocation of the proceeds from the refinancing General Obligation Bonds (Measure K Bonds).
