The San Anselmo Town Council meets Tuesday night, at 7:30 p.m., at the San Anselmo Town Council Chambers, 525 San Anselmo Avenue. On the agenda:
- Consider changes to the municipal code with regard to chain stores
- Appointment of members to the flood committee (two seats) and tax equity board (one seat)
- An introduction of on-duty police officers
- Closed session conference with legal counsel about an arbitration proceeding initiated against the town by SEB Construction, Inc., concerning a public works contract dispute arising from the construction of the Ross Valley Fire District Station at 777 San Anselmo Avenue
