Agenda: San Anselmo Council to Discuss Chain Stores
What would you ask your council member? Why should the town limit chain stores downtown?
The San Anselmo Town Council meets Tuesday night, at 7 p.m., at the San Anselmo Town Council Chambers, 525 San Anselmo Avenue. On the agenda:
- Consider possible changes to the San Anselmo Municipal Code with regard to chain stores (Last month the council .)
- Acknowledge and file report on tentative timeline for consolidation with the Twin Cities Police Authority and appoint member to subcommittee
- Approve a resolution creating Financial Advisory Committee to review the town’s financial position and make resource allocation recommendations
- Approve a letter to the Ross Valley Sanitary District requesting additional information regarding the general manager’s compensation package
- Appoint alternative to the Ross Valley Fire Board
- Consider changes to the council’s summer meeting and budget hearing schedule
