On the agenda:

  • Presentation of Silver Award to Judy Coy
  • Consent agenda: Proclaim National Libarary Week, National Volunteer Week,  second reading of ordinance approving the overlay for a private parking lot at Spaulding Street and Luna Lane. Authorize solicitation of bids for the Lansdale Fish Passage Improvement Project. Award three-year audit contract to Moss Levy in the amount of $24,435/year.
  • Appoint member to the Historical Commission.
  • Preliminary approval for the expansion of the Ross Valley Fire Department JPA to include the Town of Ross.
  • Report on the Sustainable Communities Strategies and Regional Housing Needs Allocation numbers.
  • Consideration of changes to the municipal code with regard to Design Review.
  • Adopt resolution forming the Bolinas Avenue Advisory Committee.
  • Consider appointing member to serve on Ross Valley Sanitary District Consolidation Feasibility Study Steering Committee.
