Agenda: Sanitary District Meets Tonight

What would you ask the sanitary district board?

The Ross Valley Sanitary District meets tonight, Sept. 21, at 6:45 p.m. at the Kentfield School District Office Conference Room at 750 College Ave. in Kentfield. On the agenda:

  • A closed session to discuss anticipated litigation and employee matters will take place before the public meeting.
  • Consider a cost-sharing agreement for the Rose Garden Sewer Siphon Replacement Project and consider awarding $229,000 contract to Maggiora & Ghilloti.
  • Consider two ratepayer claims for refunds and reductions in fees.
  • Bids for a temporary parking lot leased to Golden Gate Transit for overflow parking at the district's property in Larkspur Landing.
  • Presentation by Forsher and Guthrie on how to proceed with development and sale of the district's Larkspur Landing property.
  • Approve a sewer service and rate feasibility study for $34,500.
