San Anselmo Open Space Committee Meeting

San Anselmo's Open Space Committee meets at 7:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall. Charged with preserving undeveloped ridgelines and scenic corridors in the greater Ross Valley, the San Anselmo Open Space Committee has actively worked to preserve 52 acres since its inception in 1981.

The Open Space Committee assists the Town in acquiring or preserving open space, providing public trails and greenbelts, advising on planning and land use policies regarding open space, raising funds for open space acquisition, and educating the community about open space issues. The Committee consists of a group of eleven volunteers who are appointed by the San Anselmo Town Council, and is currently chaired by Jonathan Braun.
