The San Anselmo Planning Commission meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 7 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall.
The Planning Commission has major responsibilities in advance and current planning. In advance planning, it is charged with continuing evaluation of the General Plan, and recommending zoning and other ordinance changes to conform with the Plan. On current planning, the Commission hears and determines applications for individual zoning changes, subdivisions, planned use developments, variances, use permits, and design review. The Commission is currently chaired by Carla Overberger.
