The Fairfax Town Council will meet in a special session tonight, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Women's Club to discuss the Smart Meter issue.

Fairfax, which still has a , has been at the forefront of opposition to the program.
The only things on tonight's meeting agenda:
- Discussion of the recent CPUC decision and consideration of possible action to be taken.
- Adoption of a resolution in support of Marin Energy Authority's application to the Sustainable Growth Fund Grant and Incentive program.
