Fairfax Will Hold Special Smart Meter Meeting Tonight

The council will hold a special meeting tonight to consider the CPUC Smart Meter opt-out decision.

The Fairfax Town Council will meet in a special session tonight, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Women's Club to discuss the Smart Meter issue.

  • Discussion of the recent CPUC decision and consideration of possible action to be taken.
  • Adoption of a resolution in support of Marin Energy Authority's application to the Sustainable Growth Fund Grant and Incentive program.
