Does anyone know anything about the Stormtroopers? Who organized them?
Christopher R. Laddish October 01, 2012 at 04:15 AM
The Stormtroopers are from the 50st Legion / Vader's Fist / Golden Gate Garrison. They're a volunteer organization that promotes community outreach through Star Wars costuming.

Great photos, great day in San Anselmo. Love the parade, the zip line and all the families enjoying themselves. It was great to see all the schools, churches, volunteer groups and ALL the town councilmembers out and about.

Dang it I forgot about the zip line! THAT'S why I wanted to come early. Grumble grumble grumble... No matter what, though, it was great to see people out in the street and enjoying themselves the full breadth of San Anselmo Ave. Next time: close down SB Sir Francis Drake??
