Mark Kyle: I’m looking forward to working with fellow delegates and guests from the California delegation and the labor delegation to get the message out to the rest of the country that Obama is on the right track and we can't afford to go back to the failed domestic and foreign policies of the Bush/Cheney era.

What are the biggest issues in the presidential race?

Creating jobs, stopping the home mortgage hemorrhaging, reigning-in the unchecked greed of Wall Street, developing a long-term sustainable energy policy, as well as working to stop and reverse global climate change.

Can you tell us most about your work?

I’m an attorney for Operating Engineers Local Union #3. We represent workers in four states – Hawaii, California, Nevada and Utah. I specialize in labor and election law, and I manage political campaigns.

We hear you’re into music, care to elaborate?

I love to sing and play guitar, particularly Celtic, blues, and early 1920s and '30s swing.
