You left out the Sleeping Lady in Fairfax, which gets *my* vote. They serve wine based (I believe rice and agave based) cocktails -Vodka Cranberry, Lemon Drop, Margaritas- that are as tasty as the "real thing" and probably have lower alcohol content to boot. The bar tending/wait staff is always very pleasant, the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming (kind of like being in the living room with 25, 50, or 100 of your closest friends), and there is great music every evening and weekend afternoons (Hawaiian style kanikapila -- ukulele music jam -- on Saturdays and Irish music jam Sundays). Check it out! PS 123 Bolinas is a great wine bar and has some very good food...but do they serve cocktails?

What about the Log Cabin's Dugout Bar? It's been in San Anselmo since 1934. And had the first public Liquor licence in Marin County after Prohibition. Why is it left off the list?

Those in the contest were nominated by Patch readers. Others can be added by popular demand (like if more than one person requests to add a bar).
