Enjoying the Process

Yoga teaches us the art of practice and process.

The balance between having goals and living in the moment is delicate. But I have learned that if I don't slow my pace, watch for the lessons and be in the moment, I am anxious, confused or fearful.

It is only when we actually fall in love with the process, the journey, that we are truly living. The goal is just another moment and it too will pass.

We practice this in yoga, which makes it easier in life off the mat.

I am teaching two Yoga Basics classes at the Log Cabin to help you build the foundation for that regular practice.
