Twilight Crit Registration Opens this Week
Registration for the evening San Rafael bike race opens on June 13.
Attention Marin cyclists! Registration for San Rafael's Twilight Criterium opens on Wednesday.
Hundreds of Lycra-clad cyclists will take over the city streets on July 7 as the city hosts the 14th annual evening bike race. The event "has become part carnival, part madhouse, part Thunderdome," according to its website.
The 1-kilometer course, located in San Rafael’s downtown, begins and finishes on Fourth Street while running clockwise on Fourth, D, Fifth and A streets.

Registration will open on June 13 and the deadline to enter is July 5 at 5:30 p.m.
Last year, Ricardo Escuela took home the prize for first place.
