Fairfax Scoop

Fairfax Scoop is a tiny venue that ranks as one of Fairfax's all-time favorite ice cream shops. On a hot day the line for ice cream can stretch for several blocks. It makes 140 flavors, but serves only eight at a time; chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and vanilla honey lavender are permanent flavors. Other flavors that might show up on a menu that changes each day includes chai spice, maple walnut and cinn-a-whirl. It uses organic and often local ingredients and waffle cones are baked fresh daily.
