Subud California at Marin

<p>Subud is an international spiritual tradition for people of all religions. Subud practitioners practice latihan, a practice that involves a form of conscious meditation and cleansing, which supposedly leads to relaxation and a sense of well-being.</p> <p>The Marin center, located near Sorich Park, offers group latihan twice a week. There are also larger Bay Area services. People can also rent the center.</p>
