Part of the park includes San Anselmo's landmark Robson Harrington House, which features beautiful fenced gardens with flowers, plants and vegetables grown without pesticides. This park is also dog-friendly.</p> <p>The Roboson House can be reserved for events by calling 415-453-1602. The lower picnic area can be reserved for groups of 25 or more by calling the San Anselmo Recreation Department at 415-258-4640. </p>

Marin Municipal Water District Watershed: Sky Oaks Trailhead

Sky Oaks Trailhead of Marin Municipal Water District Watershed offers breathtaking views of Marin County's rollingMore hills and natural beauty. Visitors, except those with disabled placards, must purchase day passes or pay annual fees before entering the park.  Permitted activities include hiking, biking, dog walking, horseback riding, fishing and picnicing. Sky Oaks Trailhead provides access to three man-made lakes: Alpine, Bon Tempe, and Lagunitas. Many people like fishing at Bon Tempe Lake, though there is a fishing license required for those over age 16. Others can enjoy the picnic area and flat trails around Lake Lagunitas. Alpine Lake has no trail all the way around, but Kent Trail covers about 2 miles of Alpine's shoreline.
