Debbie Stutsman, Neighbor

Town Manager Debra Stutsman has been with the Town of San Anselmo for 22 years, ten as Town Manager/Administrator. Debbie worked for Bechtel Incorporated in San Francisco in the Human Resources field for six years after college.  After spending a number of years at home with young children, she was employed by the Town of San Anselmo in 1989, holding a variety of positions, including Assistant to the Volunteer Director, Administrative Services Assistant and, finally, Town Clerk.  She was appointed the Town Administrator in 2002. In 2006 the title was changed to Town Manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State University at Hayward / East Bay. Debbie and her husband Dick have been residents of San Anselmo for 35 years and raised their three grown children here.
