Sky Ranch, Neighbor

The Sky Ranch Horse Association has been formed to save the horse ranch at Sky Ranch. The property is being purchased as Open Space but the Marin County Open Space District has recommended that the horses be evicted and the old structures torn down. We need supporters of the horses staying at the ranch to attend the Fairfax Town Council meeting on Wed, Dec 3rd at 7 pm, 46 Park Rd, Fairfax. Item 7 on the agenda is town council approval for the transfer of $50,000 to MOST for acquisition of the property. MOST ran the successful 'Save Sky Ranch' fundraising campaign but they now say that keeping the horse facility on the property was never a part of their plan.
