New Lovely Shop In Fairfax

And perfect weather for a bathing suit shop.

Perfect for Fairfax

There is an absolutely lovely new shop that opened on Bolinas Avenue in downtown Fairfax called “the herban gardener” self described as an earthy vintage boutique. It is right next to and Polliwogs across from . Inside you’ll find everything from darling aprons to a beautiful iron framed bed complete with lovely bedding. It is just what Fairfax needed and is sure to be a success, because just from the window this writer wanted to buy everything and was very disappointed they were closed for the evening.

Big Move

The in San Anselmo has officially and finally moved across the street next to and the place looks fabulous. Bright-red walls welcome athletes of any caliber and the place is so big you won’t have to go outside to take a jog to test out the foot ware.

Itty Bitty Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini

The weather decided to cooperate just in time for the bathing suit shop in San Anselmo that is officially open and filled with lovely suits, wraps, hats and bags, really anything one needs to complete the beach going look.

Huge Sale

is having a huge sale and the sign in the window noted that things will be discounted as much as 50 percent. This is a great opportunity to gather up gifts for young and old alike from this charming toy shop that is filled to the brim with beautiful toys that are a far cry from the plastic, pardon my crassness, crap sold in so many other big box places.

Hey, all businesses are the "best new business......." Aside from big box, or corporate fast food, etc. ????? What is with your big banner, why not just say New business in town?

Yeah, you're right. I just didn't have a 'new business' logo/picture. Going to change it as soon as I have a photo of the new place.

I actually didn't write the story. The author did. But, I'll correct that spelling error.

Thanks for posting this. I visited “the Herban Gardener” with my fam, and the place is delicious. Fabric sari's made into blankets; recycled glass lanterns; soap and herbal goodies; reasonably priced jewelery; fabric bags; wooden toys for kids; yummy paper products; etc., etc. I checked out the prices and most items are very reasonable, sustainably oriented and totally unique. Nothing like it in Fairfax, and it reminds me of a Fair Trade store with a classy twist. I spent about $35 and left with 5 great gifts. I wanna to go back, if just to hang out there! Kristen, who works there, told me that the owners are a family who live out in the valley. I liked the idea of shopping at a store that supports locals, not to mention that it's a very special new addition to our Fairfax shops :)
